Financial wellness speaker for banks, credit unions and advisory firms.
I spent 14 years on your side of the desk. Now I teach the people you serve, and the people who serve them, how money actually works, in a way that makes them want to walk back into your branch or office.

Your members and clients trust you with their money. Most of them still do not understand it.
You have the products. A savings account, a first mortgage, a retirement plan, a line of credit for the business. What most members and clients are missing is the basic understanding that makes those products make sense, and the confidence to walk in and ask.
The same is true inside your building. Tellers, loan officers, member service reps and advisors are asked to talk about money all day, and many of them were never taught to handle their own. One financial wellness session reaches both rooms.

Hi, I'm Hillary Seiler.And I was a mortgage lender before I was a speaker.
I started in banking in 2009 and spent 14 years in banking and mortgage lending. I know what it is to sit across from a member who is embarrassed to ask a basic question, to hit a production goal, and to watch a good client sign for something they did not understand because nobody had explained it in plain language. I started Financial Footwork in 2016 to do the explaining, first with professional sports organizations, then with the employers, associations and universities who saw what it did for a room. Today I'm a FINRA Certified Financial Educator (CFEd), and my book, Train Your Money, is the method I teach from the stage.
I'm not your competition.
I understand your compliance constraints, your product set and your production pressure. I do not sell financial products and I do not take clients. I teach your people and your members the basics, and I point them back to you for the rest.

Meeting Planners Download the media kit Watch Hillary speakWhat makes Hillary different from other credit union and bank speakers?
Hillary spent 14 years inside banking and mortgage lending before she made the stage her full-time job, and she is a FINRA Certified Financial Educator. She understands your products, your production goals and your compliance constraints, and she teaches from the member's side of the desk. She does not sell financial products, does not take clients, and points every audience back to the institution that booked her.
Is this for our staff or for our members and clients?
Both. Staff sessions help frontline teams, loan officers and advisors get confident with their own money before they talk about anyone else's. Member and client sessions cover the basics that make your products make sense, at annual meetings, client appreciation events and Financial Literacy Month programs.
How does Hillary handle compliance?
Hillary teaches financial education, not financial advice. She does not recommend specific products, rates or returns, and she builds the session around the guidelines your compliance team sends before the event.
What do attendees and our institution get afterward?
Every attendee gets the Train Your Money Starter Playbook and the session worksheets, which can be co-branded for member and client events. Your team gets a one-page Event Recap with participation, the questions the room asked, and what to do next. Hillary never reports individual financial information.
How far ahead should we book for an annual meeting or client event?
Annual meetings and client appreciation events typically book six to twelve months out. Staff sessions, member nights and Financial Literacy Month events can often be booked within three months. Send your date through the booking form and our team will confirm availability within one business day.
Let's give the people you serve a reason to walk back in.
