Financial wellness seminars for employees who'd rather be anywhere but a money talk.
Thirty to sixty minutes, at your location or on your screen, led by Hillary Seiler. Your people leave talking about it at lunch, because they spent the session on their own money instead of listening to someone else's slides. Built on Train Your Money, tailored to your workforce, and available as one session or a year-round series.

Seminar videoA financial wellness seminar is the simplest way to reach your whole workforce at once.
Hillary's employee financial education seminars run the way she teaches in NFL locker rooms: a question the room answers in the first two minutes, real numbers on the screen, one exercise everyone does, and one step they take home. They pair naturally with open enrollment, wellness weeks, and quarterly all-hands.
Every financial wellness seminar includes.
30-60 minutes
In person or virtual
Topics chosen for you
Your organization, your benefits, your workforce
The room participates
A show of hands, a number written down, live Q&A
One exercise each
Every person completes it before the session ends

For every attendee
Survey and Event Recap
A post-session survey and recap for your team
“Employees leave with practical systems that strengthen financial decision-making and support performance at every level of the organization.”

Optional: a session recording for internal access, and a pre-session survey so Hillary walks in knowing what the room is carrying.

Your Benefits, Explained Before enrollment
Open enrollment from someone who isn't selling anything: total compensation, healthcare options, and the full retirement match.

The three rules of credit, the 30% rule, and a debt plan that doesn't require a second job.

What topics does a financial wellness seminar for employees cover?
Budgeting and cash flow, employee benefits and open enrollment, saving and retirement, credit and debt, fraud and financial protection, and money and relationships. Every topic is tailored to your workforce and your benefits.
How long is a financial wellness seminar?
30 to 60 minutes. A Lunch and Learn runs 30 to 45 minutes, and the Signature Seminar runs 45 to 60. Either one fits inside a lunch break, an all-hands, or an open enrollment meeting.
Can the seminar be delivered virtually?
Yes. Virtual seminars use polls in place of the show of hands, and the live math still happens on screen. They work well for remote and hybrid teams.
Is a seminar a good fit for open enrollment?
Yes. Your Benefits, Explained works best four to six weeks before enrollment, while people still have time to compare options and ask questions.
What's the difference between a seminar and a workshop?
A seminar reaches the whole room in 30 to 60 minutes. A workshop is hands-on, runs 90 minutes to a full day, and works best for smaller groups that want to go deeper.
How many people can attend?
Seminars scale from a leadership team to a company-wide event, in person or virtual.
What do attendees and the organization receive afterward?
Every attendee gets the Train Your Money Starter Playbook. Your team gets a post-session survey and an Event Recap. No individual financial data is collected.
Most organizations start with a seminar and grow from there.
